Storm Damage is another whole issue. Municipalities are all different on this. FEMA is the key factor as they want to be able to still get funding for their cities and counties but they are putting people out of their homes by doing what they are doing. If you have a FEMA substantial letter, or a code violation on a storm damaged property, call me immediately. I have saved numerous homes condemned as over the 50% rule.
